Design & Project Management
Following initial site/property surveys the Practice produces proposals and budgets for refurbishment, repair, alteration, conversion and new build projects. West & Partners develop detailed designs on AutoCAD (computer aided drawing), obtain Planning and Building Regulation approvals, specify, tender and supervise works on site.
In all schemes the Practice provides clients with a principal point of contact, to coordinate elements of a project, and to manage quality and cost control.
