Founded in 2000, West & Partners offer residential and commercial property services including sales and lettings, building valuations and surveys, commercial property development/investment advice.

The Practice draws its professionalism from a team of experienced chartered surveyors including the Practice Principal, Alastair West.

Alastair trained as a General Practice Surveyor enabling him to specialise in commercial property including legal matters, such as rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations. He is also a Building Surveyor which means he can advise on areas such as structure, refurbishment and building contracts.
